Calis christmas fair

Got to the fair early this morning before the masses arrived. The weather could not have been better. No pics of father Christmas as the photographer missed him.

Thanks for that Don.
There are some pictures on F.B. today, including Santa and his elves.
Seem like everyone enjoyed themselves.  Hope they made a lot of money.

Very well attended fair! Super busy.

Bought some nice little handmade presents from the very talented Gülay. Scones from the Mulberry Tree guys and a couple of jumpers.

Big queue for the little ones to see Santa.

Slow progress around the stalls as we kept bumping into people we knew, but that was nice  :)

Cheers 3Cs, people seemed to really enjoy themselves and spoke to a family who had travelled from Denizli (220km away) for it!

We arrived around 11.45am and it was already heaving!
Great to see so many faces we recognised.

Really lovely day - thoroughly enjoyed the mulled wine! - and now happily stocked up with chutneys, mince pies and Christmas cake, among other goodies.   :)

Des on your second photo you have the back view of my wife trying to take a picture of father Christmas. She claims it was finger trouble.

Great pics as well.
