Nice to see that Matt Prior of Sussex is in the squad for the test series against W.I.
England has, at times, been able to produce wicketkeepers who can also bat and I think that he has the potential to be yet another. IMHO

Whilst I agree that it is nice to see and a timely recognition of Matt's achievements I would prefer to see him behind the stumps for Sussex.

Glen, after the total that Surrey scored against Sussex, you could well have done with Matt's abilities ;). I was born in Surrey but now live in Hampshire ( when not in Calis!). I did also lived in Hove for a few short years in my childhood.
There was a very good picture of Matt celebrating his century in the Telegraph today.
