Flooding on second floor apartment
« on: December 18, 2015, 14:24:00 PM »
Never thought we would get flooded from below. Have just been advised that my kitchen hall and three bedrooms have about four inches of water and the water is pouring from a disconnected pipe below the kitchen sink. The pressure from a blockage has forced the pipe from the wall. All our water Was turned off before we left in October. Anyway, it is a mess.
I would however like to nominate Ronnie Higgins from coast to coast for gentleman of the year award. He was taking. Client to view our flat, and found the devastation. No sooner had he phoned me in the Uk, personally visited my insurance agent, arranged cleaners and leased with God knows how many people. All in between keeping me up to date by phone throughout the day.
When you are so far away, it is impossible not to feel absolutely helpless, but not when Ronnie takes over.
I would recommend his services without a shadow of a doubt.
Thank you Ronnie, you are a star and a true gent.

A terrible thing to happen, but nice to hear something positive coming out of such a horrible situation.

Sorry to hear about that Mary, but glad you have someone there to help.
Is your place in Koca Calis?

We are in Tasyaka. Apparently it was a large rat stuck in a pipe , God knows why the water from my upstairs neighbors kitchen at the opposite side of the building was flowing into mine. I suppose water will go anywhere there is some outlet. Not looking forward to going out to see the damage, but may as well have a couple of days in Antalya before hand. Thanks Mary.
