Blimey, not sure what all the aggression is about but apology accepted and you have perfectly demonstrated how he might confuse someone   :D. No confusion here at all and never was. I didn't need a recap on the whole story and wasn't disputing his actions, that wasn't the point. I was just pointing out that you had it backwards and were probably confusing people trying to understand the explanations even more !

A simple enough question about the exchange rate I thought and a verbal fight breaks out. Is it always like this on here lol?

Yeah, we're like a bunch of 4 year olds in a sandpit. Entertaining but not too dangerous.  ;)

Some members try to be helpful and some members don't.  Simple.       ;)

I think the reason there was a "verbal fight" was that the question was perhaps not as simple as it seemed.

In any event I still maintain that you get more when changing in Calis/Fethiye (and depending on location) than you get in the UK EVERY time.

:o Anyone flown with Pegasus to Dalaman. Hoping to fly from Manchester next June.
Nothing like doing your homework early, eh? But I suppose BT, like Stoop, might be thinking of buying holiday lira early.

Still very happy with the rate we got in August. It's still got some way to go before we make a loss (not that I'm bothered about a few quid you understand - we bought them because the rate was so good and we had the cash with us in Stirling).

Thanks for your concern though Colwyn

Very true H! We always get a much better rate over there.

4.13 in Tesco yesterday
