"Bar and restaurant questions and discussions" is for bar and restaurant questions, and discussions.

"Bar and Restaurant Reviews" is for bar and restaurant reviews.

If I find an easier way to explain it I'll do so  8)

While we are tackling the difficult issues, Member Introductions is for new members to introduce themselves. It isn't for new members to post all their questions for the first month because they are new :D
