I have decided to lock this now - if someone cares enough to start a new topic about this "fun pub" feel free.
It is disappointing that people can't let the paying public discuss a new venture without threatening to destroy the forum (even though the topic is in general positive towards them and wishing them well.
I do not know who is running this new venture so I have no idea if they are aware or involved in the threats - I suspect maybe not. But it is the content of this topic that prompted the threat.
I wished them well and I still wish all bars and restaurants well for each and every season. But when my baby (our community) comes under specific threat, I will not cower and keep it quiet - I will tell the members of our forum that we are under attack.
