Hello all you keen gardeners. The Fethiye Gardening Club are holding an Open Gardens Day in Calis on May 16 to help raise money both for their club and the Calis Carnival charity. The event will be similar to the one that they organised in Uzumlu last summer.
They already have three gardens volunteered to take part but are looking for a further garden in the Calis area. You do not need a big garden and it does not have to be old and established (particularly as most properties in Calis are of reasonably new build). All you need is a love of gardening and the will to share your pastime with like-minded people. You will not be expected to do much on the day,only speak to visitors about your plants and any tips or garden problems that you have encountered. The Fethiye Gardening Club will do everything else. Obviosuly the club would like your garden to be in good condition for the event.
