It depends on what agent you're using and whether you're happy to give them Power of Attorney to act for you. We used Beyaz Homes for our sale and they did everything once I'd given them POA. I had to go to the Notar on the first day to arrange the POA and then all I had to do was meet the purchaser at Beyaz's office on Day 2 to collect the deposit, and then the balance of my money on Day 3.
Obviously the agent's going to take a commission for this work, but in my opinion it was well worth it.
