After all the doom and gloom lately I thought I would share some good news with you.
Some of you might remember that I have been trying to help a young lady called Jamie Rae, who we met in New York. She's an up and coming singer and I fell in love with her voice as soon as I heard it. Well I got to work when I got back and started network her - keeping in touch and generally making noises in the right places (I have no music industry backround).
Anyway - our local evening paper's (York Press) music critic had a listen and was sufficiently impressed to write a nice article on how things started and where they have got to so far.
