No, but when my Mother In Law was staying with us and brought her disabled card for the car.  I noticed so many people parking in disabled bays without having a card on display in their windscreens.  It made be really mad as my Mother In Law had a heart problem and could not walk very far.  There are certainly a lot of drivers getting away with parking in disabled bays without a thought for the misery they are causing.

We always get that on Sunday.  We live next door to the church down a small lane.

We had this al the time in the U.K. We had a vets surgery at the end of our road, and his clients would be parking in everybodys car space. We could not park our car until after 9pm most nights when the vets was closed.

We don't have a problem in Rochdale although we do have a majority of women drivers  ;)
