New to Calis, How does one manage to get a sat dish with english channels???

we have a digital box - just one up front payment - but every year we need to have it reset and it only has a few english speaking channels

the cost this year was £380 for first payment and setting up fee then £180 per year there on,however this set up may be changing, speak with Gary (echostar for an up date.
