My daughter had a French manicure in this place last week.  It cost 10 lira, and is still looking great.   :)

Nail art is quite specialised and the person doing it has to be a good artist. In Hisaronu they have a lot of false nails on sticks showing all the designs you can choose, there are so many. I try a different one each time.  This costs a lot of money in the U.K. but is so cheap in Turkey.

Ladies be careful with pedicures here,
I went to Kanguru. the only qualified english chiropodist here because i had a toenail problem, nothing to do with pedicure here I must say, just my awkward toes!
But she is concerned re foot hygeine with the places that do pedicures here. They are mostly not hygeine trained
Just a word of advice to ensure you see that they have srerilised things etc before they do any work on your tootsies :D
Foot diseases are easily spread

Jules
& that's one of the main reasons I continue to go to Best even though the location isn't so convenient these days; they have consistently sterilised all equipment used for pedicures

Definatly going to try Mercury's recommendations. I get a pedicure in Olu Deniz each time I'm out, and it's 25TL.

Kathy who owns Goldfinger  in Hisaronu and Village Gossip in Ovacik does nail art . She paints freehand any design you want. I don't know the prices this year. 0252 6167383 Very good hygeine standard too.

i also go to Moda. Hair is excellent and the threading, waxing and mani pedi treatments great.
He has moved this week to a much bigger shop where the old Funda bag shop was, near to the top as you turn in by Ramadan bazaar.
He says he is so busy and has taken on more staff to cope.
Happily the prices will stay the same.
:D
