National Lottery Tickets ( Milli Piyango ) for the new year's eve drawing on sale at Kipa. 36 TL , 18 TL , 9 TL tickets also to buy with credit card.

I think ,there is nothing against it.  As there is no id-registration etc. when buying tickets , anybody who comes with a winning ticket gets his/her prize.

Let 's assume there is a limitation for non-turkish citizens , contact me with your winning ticket and I 'll get the money for you.

Usually when people win a great prize ( The grand premium is 40 million TL this year ) and want to stay anonymous , they go to a bank , open an account , make a contract and the bank manager gets the money for them.

If you buy a national lottery ticket anyway , check that there is the stamp of the seller at the back-side of the ticket.

With all due respect. I dont think that many people would hand over a winning lottery ticket to someone they hardly know to collect the money in any country. lol

Yes , you are right. I wouldn't either before officially registering myself as the legal owner of the ticket at the notary.
