hi, think that i am the newest neighbour to you...we moved to our new nest only a week ago, where is too close to new Jandarma station...i am Neylan, my English husband Paul and our loving daughter Fistik (golden retriever ;)) we r very pleased to be here in Uzumlu, wish forever...my job is managament & organisation, but retired now...have been in nearly all over the world about business & holiday time to time...am good at human relation and to be helpful as much as i can...am planning so many great things to do in/for Uzumlu...hope to have chance to meet all of you in person soon...that was only to say first hi to all...with my best wishes, all your dream come true in Uzumlu ;))

Welcome Neylan,we moved here in March and I'm sure you'll love it.

What's the problem with Uzumlu Scunner?? Turks lived there for hundreds of years before the Brits found it!! It is in Turkey

We were out the same time as you, we were looking at the villa next door to you as we had contacted the builder Halil. There were people by the pool not sure it was you though lol. Hopefully our build will be underway very shortly. Gawd its horrible being back in the not so sunny UK.

The builder Halil says he's building next to us within the next month so is that your land? No plans submitted yet to beledere.

Dont think so Firo, our land is just before you get into the village on the right hand side, theres only one property there at the min and they are Turkish.
Build is now underway and we should be out hopefully in October to see how things are going.

I used to see you and your husband and lovely Fistik when you went walking on Deliktas hill (i am the one with the quad bike!). Miss you all but hope you have settled in well and are very happy. Your new home sounded amazing when Paul used to describe it to me. I often go to Uzumlu in the winter so hope to bump into you all then. Best of luck with your cooking classes

Foosey, sorry just seen your thread. Yes that was us by the pool (my hubbie with big belly) (Don`t tell him). You should have come over for drinks. We are out 1st Oct for a week. When r u out there. Is Halil completing build well.

Hi, We are out from 14th October for a week to do a bit of running around. We didnt use Halil the builder in the end, but thanks for all the info you passed onto us.
We cant wait to get out there and see the progress of the build.
