Calis Property
« on: May 30, 2015, 07:39:05 AM »
Could anyone advise of pitfalls of buying property around the Calis beach area, because it seems a lot of owners are selling. What would be the better areas within Calis, coming out June 13th to look for property, it would be nice to meet up with any expats to have a chat about property.

it's probably less to do with Calis, but more to do with Turkey in general why there seems to be quite a few owners selling up, this happening in many coastal areas.

A lot of people sell up due o becoming old and or having illness that can best be managed in the U.K.   I met a lady yesterday who was very sad to be sellng up, this WAS due to illness and age.
