We got involved with Vision Holidays because we bought our Villa through Prince's brother, Alif, from Letoon Hotel. Alif we do not have a bad word to say against, but as for Vision Holidays we have had to chase them for tickets just before we were flying after booking months in advance. Had confusion at Dalaman over over double booking. So for this year and future bookings we will not using them.

If you had to change accomodation or needed to make a complaint you needed to fill in a form which the reps have, an official complaint form, as your complaints are only valid with that form and within 28 days of returning from holiday. My rep wasn't happy when I asked for the form lol! If your accomodation was changed less than 12 hours before your holiday then you're entitled to compensation.I never got round to sending my forms off as I was too busy at work, but wish I had.

I did get an official complaint form which has been showed to Prince but still no joy. I will carry on fighting though!!

By the way, he calls himself Prince but his name is Morris, im sure a few of you will remember him from Post Office a while ago.
