Evening, friends of ours , ( 2 adult couples ) flew into Dalaman friday 11th from Gatwick courtesy Excel. Arrived at Koc Sun hotel,Calis. Booked via Advisor Travel Uk. Sorry says hotel, no booking, ( they have confirmation ), we are full, go away. All inclusive booked, fend for yourselves, they are told. No answer from advisor travel Uk, just an answerphone. No rep or contact details in Turkey. They booked into the Ernur ( thanks Gemal ), at their own expense. Does anyone know anything about advisor travel.

I`ve just done a little checking,  there is no such person living anywhere in Bromley.

I think you will find they are a completely different company to the one that Akasya`s friends booked with, you can`t book a holiday from England via Fez Travel (advisortravel.com)

tell your friends to keep all their receipts and they hopefully will get a refund of their outlays
