if you get good service with a smile ...tip.These guys sometimes rely on this to top their salary s up for the day.No smile and bad service dont tip.easy!

well we were puzzled when they said that because rob always say in our local have one yourself so when the crowds come in we always get served first,by the staff

Actually we do tip in the UK pubs. I quite often buy the barmaid a drink to keep her sweet ;)

 :) Not really Tinx, women are the biggest tippers in Liverpool. especially mothers day or racing etc, and we dont haggle for the price of a drink. ;)

Well I think I can safely say I've never used the phrase "have one yourself" to any bar staff in the UK. It's not because I'm tight, it's because £3 for one minutes work seems a bit steep to me.
