Have you checked they have barmen in his boozer?  You should always be aware  of the facts before accusing poor innocent people of sexism or any ism ! :D

No barmen at all - and when I say 'get one yourself' they only take around a quid. Then at the end of the night they have a few drinks lined up (unless the bar is full of Scunners and Crabitts ;))

God tonight £3.60 for a vodka and orange in Edinburgh.Hardly had enough money to get tippsy let alone give a tippy....and boy they were all 25mm, less than half we give in Turkey.cant wait to get back .On my way

i remember our neighbour getting someone in to tune in the satelitte and we wanted the same job done, they were charged 10ytl so they gave a tip of 5ytl,marion had already told me how much he had charged. when the same fella came to ours,10 mins later,done the same job etc he charged us 15ytl.bloody robber i gave him the money and no tip, must have thought to himself  i can get away with charging more if i get a tip of 5ytl

I can remember not too long ago my pub landlord taking 10p or 50p worth depending on what he was drinking  ;)
