I know i have already let everyone have the details but if anyone else wants to join for this week please can you let me know by monday 4pm as I need have final numbers. Also anyone wanting to join in subsequent weeks, please let me know you are coming in advance so I can have hand outs and info pack prepared for you.

Those of you just back from the UK or who havnt joined yet, remember you can come along and start every week, just let me know.
Starting costs have raised to 22ytl (due to printer reneging on cost agreement) but weigh in's stay the same at 6 ytl.
