What great day we had at Lykia World yesterday for the Dive School open day.
We were greeted at the main enterance and taken down to the dive school where we were intoduced to the staff and shown around all the different aspects of diver training followed by a question and answer session, a very professional and friendly set-up.
The idea of the open day is to bring in more Brits from Fethiye and Calis areas, at the moment they pick up from Olu Deniz only but they are happy to lay on buses to further afield areas if there is a call for it, it isn't too expensive with the special discounts being offered and is taught on a one to one basis, We will be starting our courses in June
.
The day then continued with a tour of the Lykia World complex on one of the special mini buses followed by a superb free lunch, the food is a fantastic choice of hot and cold foods,this will be included in your dive price, also inc. is your drinks including the beer
The complex is massive and would be absolutely brilliant for young families, there are many restaurants and extensive sport and play areas for kids and adults alike, with your dive lesson you get the afternoon to wander around the complex and use the facilities,I swam in one of the many pools:D
