Under no circumstances do this. The result will be a punch to the ribs followed by a punch in the eye.

Very good tykatem, you must be great at quiz nights for under fives. I have tried numerous times and always end up with fillet or sirloin.I have never even seen it any menus.

I always buy Antrikot and have them cut nice thick slices  :) One butcher did say that this was ribeye steak....

so called antricot steak would probably work.  V nice with garlic,cream. red wine and veggies.
