Was it noisy water problems.. or noisy, water problems?
It does not get a good revue on Trip Advisor.  
I try to keep up with Hotel revues in Calis.
I was asked last week by a customer to recommend a Hotel.  I told her the Mutlu, which always seems to get good feedback.

I didn't like the pool are of the Ceren, everybody looked really squashed in!
I didn't stay there, just used their pool area fir a few hours
