You are going to struggle - I tried to get my daughter a pair of size 8s and all the shops kept taking me to mens - seems they think anything bigger than 7 is impossible in a woman.  Best bet is probably on line and asking them of they will deliver to Turkey - one pair shouldn't cause problems with customs.
