Any dog including Pugs can and will bite people in certain circumstances, quite often it is the snappy little dogs, who would really like to be that much bigger who yap and snap and the larger dogs tend to be a bit more laid back. And yes I know this is a generalisation but is quite common in my experience.
We were sitting on the banks of the Thames at Runnymede a few weeks ago and some women there had about 5 of those little fluffy walked in to a wall type dogs and every time any other dogs walk by, almost all on a lead this little pack of yapping dogs tried to get to them, they were all on lead I must add but I can understand if a bigger dog wanted to have a go at them.
Gave me a headache in the end and I must say the planes taking of from Heathrow were a lot less of an issue than those little thugs
