Just read in the local evening paper that a Dundee women who was to be flying to Glasgow last friday with Jet 2 was put on a plane to Leeds.
The screen said go to gate 33, when she got to the gate the screen said Leeds/Bradford .She then asked at the desk and was told this is the right one.She said she asked again before boarding and was told it was the right plane.She got her seat alright as the plane was not busy.
Her nightmare was realised when the pilot announced they would be landing at Leeds in an hour.When the plane landed she was met by a manager from Jet 2 who apologised for the mistake and sent her on a three hundred mile, five hour trip home.She has just had her luggage returned today. Scary? or what.
