Just go to the Esnaf Hospital Touristic section, they have an excellent physio.I'm sure he will be able to help or advise.

Ok, so I found an English speaking chiropractor.....
I will tell you all about it tomorrow - when I can move again -
Currently feel like I've done ten rounds with Mike Tyson...

Excluding black eyes!!

Its not funny!

Hi academylin, any chance you could post this chiropractors name and address on your next post as I have back problems. Lot of times I could do with a session or two with a chiropractor when I,m over I always mostly have Turkish baths and a massage after, which I find has helped.

Ah, good!

Ercan Sonmez, Chiropractor and Sports Therapist, uses a combination of both of the above techniques, plus more contemporary methods too.

Ercan is the Managing Director of the Spa from which he operates, there are obviously all your other treatments and therapies and a hammam and sauna available. Ercan only operates personally when his skills are specifically required, so if its chiro or sports therapist you need you must phone and book him.

Very highly reccomended! I normally dont like chiropractors as they dont normally work for me....but....He is the miracle worker I was looking for! And I'm glad to share him!

And while we are on the subject.... I would just like to say that during the week I could feel my shoulder starting to tighten up again, so rather than take the scooter out to Hisaronou I thought I'd nip over to yacht Classic, they advertised a sports massage.........

The ' scary lady' who used to work there isn't there any more, which even though she was scary, is a shame because the sports massage that I received, wasn't a sports massage!

She located the tightness in my shoulder, indicated that she had found something, rubbed it gently for a couple of seconds then massaged my head..... Now, I am no masseur, but since when did having your head rubbed and your face(!!??) contribute to a " sports massage" ??

Safe to say I wasn't impressed and it seriously turned out to be a complete waste of money, my shoulder has continued to worsen ( again ) so this afternoon I'm going back out to see Ercan Sonmez which is what I should have done in the first place!

I love Yacht Classic but do NOT recommend the " sports massage". Just saying....
