hope i am allowed to mention this as a group of Calis ladies have been holding a coffee morning plus sale of used clothing and bric a brac and home made cakes. Started last October 06 and have so far raised in excess of 7000 lira which has been donated in various ways to needy village schools and Son Atelim Rehabilitation centre for mentally and physically handicapped people It is held EVERY Wednesday morning at the Han restaurant (now been re-named Billys) on Calis seafront.Any donations of unwanted items will be gratefully recieved and can be collected if required also in need of unwanted suitcases .....any condition.... to store the clothes in.Han restaurant have been so helpful in this venture and have allowed us to store items in a downstairs room but it would make life easier if they were stored in suitcases.Please help to support us and come and join the coffee morning but come early if you want home made cake as it sells very quickly!!
