Brilliant night, thanks to Peter and Chrissie and all the team for a fantastic fun night.  Unfortunately we did not win, well done the Swallows for yet another win.  The annoying thing is that we sold Peter a Pub Quiz book, at one of the car boot sales, that he told me most of the questions came from! ....Barsteward!  Well done the 3 C's, a gre4at night.

Yes we had a fantastic night even though we came 5th (wooden spoon last year). Thanks to Peter and the gırls and the NIL .

They say the early bird catches the worm, but in the case of Swallows quiz team they swooped to victory in the last two rounds to take the title of 3C’s Super Quiz Champions for the fifth year running.

Eleven teams from across the Fethiye area battled it out at the Super Quiz held at the Nil Restaurant in Calis on Saturday 9 November.  Described  by quizmaster and 3C’s Chairman Peter Clark as a “quiz  not for the “faint-hearted””, it proved to be just that with 8 subject rounds, including a “joker” and “discard” round as well as 2 picture rounds.

Various Swallows A and B teams representing Swallows Restaurant in Hisaronu and now Oludeniz, won the Super Quiz Cup outright two years ago after 3 consecutive wins and their newly formed team have now ensured that the new Challenge Cup has also now gone “up the hill” for 2 years running.

The honour of winning the wooden spoon went to Fethiye team “The Misfits”.

Although not held as a fundraising event, a raffle held during the evening for the 3C’s children’s charity raised over 350 TL
