Address??? That's where my wife fell three years ago(their floor level changes) and the manager told his staff to stop helping us...
They care more about profit than customers! As luck would have it we were helped by a retired UK nurse. Turned out that my wife had actually broken her back. At least the manager headed off a potential claim...
