A puppy trapped in a well for 10 days has captivated Turks after a dramatic rescue operation using a robotic arm was carried out.

The four-month-old Kangal was found nearly two weeks ago stuck in a 70 metre well in Istanbul.

watched the news reports over here and my heart was in my mouth.Well done to all involved in rescuing this unfortunate puppy.This has restored my faith in human nature.
