Title: Cataracts

My brother is moving over here on 28th April to live. Unfortunately his eye appointment for cataracts is 5th May. Can anyone tell me how much this would cost in Turkey for this treatment. Both eyes need done.

Have since phoned up Letoon Hospital and was told it would be £1,200 per eye. UK prices are £2,000 per eye. Hope this is helpful to any members.

most helpful thank you as my husband will require this op soon. I have nothing but praise for the healthcare here on the odd ( thankfully ) occasion I have had cause to go to a clinic I have been seen very quickly and all relevant tests carried out then and there. If I was in Uk I would still be in an A&E yet!!
