I just love the chicken soup that is served in the locantas.  Have tried to make it but it doesn't taste quite the same.  Does anyone know the secret?

Chickens here have the luxury of being able to turn round, and even run about a bit and make a bit of muscle without the need for injections and modified foodstuffs. I believe the unfamiliar ingredient you may be tasting could well be chicken.
