Title: Smoked Salmon--Gravadlax

Have a look on Fethiye Times website for 23rd October there is a recipe there for Gravadlax (Just like smoked Salmon)
We have just made it and it absolutely superb....thoroughly recommended.
and so easy and so cheap compared to genuine smoked salmon. There is a query over the salt in the recipe but we did have genuine sea salt in the cupboard.
Do try it .....you won't be disappointed :)
