Why not keep this section would be  great for everybody to post beer/ wine recipes. I'm thinking of brewing some beer over in Turkey have started making some over here ok only real ale kits at the moment but with somee excellent results st peter,s ruby red is excellent.
What would I use for a fermenting bin in Turkey any Ideas.

Nice as that may be, this was only a wee joke section due to a sudden glut of home brewing topics. I shall remove it tomorrow. The recipes section is just the job for the subjects you mention  :)

I've made it and you can drink it after three days too after straining into a bottle through muslin, however if you leave it a week or so somewhere cold some more sediment will drop out and it will become a little clearer. Tastes scrummy too!!
