 Hi, I am already registered and have posted, but for various reasons, have been off the radar for a couple of years,  :-[ , and in that time went from being a wary tourist (why I will never know) to now having an apartment in Calis which we spend around 8 to 10 weeks per year. (Magic)
  Anyway I intend to start posting and keeping up with the forum but thought it would be a bit rude to just suddenly barge in.   So.... Hello again.  Mike.

Thanks to all.    The why I went away?.....  Had a heart attack couple of years ago.  Felt sorry for myself for months and became reclusive.   Kind of lost touch with everybody. Totally out of character believe me.   (I did look in site occasionally, but as guest.)  CBF sort of slipped into the background like everything else.   Shook myself out of depression bout 18 months ago, but it was hard going,  Spent a few months in Calis.  That was the tonic for me.  Day after day of sunshine (I'm a sun worshiper) soon cheered me up and I now feel physically fitter than I have for years. Combo of diet, exercise.... and ehrm... medicine.  Of course, big support from family also.  Five grandsons aged 1,3,4,5,6 keep you focused.    I'm now  getting back into it.  Life, that is.   First break, Calis on the 21st April for 4 weeks and celebrating my 60th there.  Well, where else?  Then motorcycle tour of Scotland in July for ten days, then 6 weeks Oct/Nov Calis again.  Needless to say, I'm enjoying myself again.
