Hello
Please can you tell me if it is possible to  buy an apartment without paying ongoing maintenance costs in Turkey? If so where do you find them?

Why would you want to buy an apartment and not maintain it? ??? ???

There are apartment blocks in Calis/Fethiye that do not have communal maintenance charges. They're easy to find too. They're the scruffy ones that look like they haven't had a coat of paint since the one put on when they were built.

Because they haven't.
