Hi to everyone Nd so sorry I posted my question before introducing myself.
I have lived here for 4yrs, married a native and live in a village and I love it, the old saying is never say never but I am saying NEVER will I go back to live in the UK. Ausgal

Hi and welcome. I hope you continue to enjoy your life in Turkey.  Which village do you live in? Can you tell us a bit about what it is like to live in a village as I imagine it is very different from life in a tourist resort such as Calis. Are there any other English speaking people in the village or do you speak Turkish.
I'm very interested as I am hoping to retire to Turkey in a few years and we will probably return to live in my husband;s village but I would be the only English person and I do not speak Turkish very well
