Dentists

Hi,

I know this topic has been covered before but can anyone recommend a good dentist, locations and approx costs. My brother is out in july and he is having terrible trouble registering with a dentist here and he is thinking he may just get his teeth sorted while he is there. Any ideas or information would be appreciated.
