Good news! The company in question have emailed me to say if I pay £2.50 for a new lens and £3.50 for posting (from HK) that they will send it to me asap with a small screwdriver to fit it myself.

Now that's what I call service

Try the Kartal Göz Hastane in Fethiye. On the Patlanc road on the left about 2 kms out.They are very well equipped but I don`t know if they do it in house.
