Hearing aids

Hi. At the moment Barrie is wearing a programable hearing aid. The usual health service one is no good for his type of hearing loss. Does anyone know if he could get another one fitted out there should this one give up on him. Or digital? Thanks Anne

My father in law bought new hearing aids- digital that go outside the ear whilst in Turkey. From The Medical Centre-sounds a big place but in actual fact it is quite the reverse - a small shop on the top road in Fethiye on the opposite side from HSBC bank and the big Beko shop.

They were much cheaper than the UK and a lovely chap in there who speaks excellent English-he took him to the Esnaf hospital for the hearing tests-father in law said the most through tests he ever had.

Hope that helps.
Jo.
