With our apartment now near completion we have family members wanting to holiday in Turkey.

My 93 year old nan would love to visit but had a pacemaker fitted last year. Otherwise she is in really good health. She is amazing. Age concern can arrange insurance for £500 pw. In EU countries she can travel without, safe that her E111 will cover any problems. Obviously it's different in Turkey.

Does anyone know of any more competitive insurance for her?

I have various health problems and was quoted ridiculous prices by many companies - eventually arranged insurance for £28 with Medi-Quote Care (tel 08458 800169) Don't know if they will cover your nan but they were certainly the most competitive I found. hope this helps

We use rightcovertravelinsurance.co.uk for mother in law.
They have an over 65 section and not yet found better prices.

They even insure her broomstick:D:D

Thanks for your replies everyone. Have looked at some of the websites mentioned, some won't insure at such an age, others need a call...thanks.
