Does anyone know if Turkish currency is changing to the yeni? someone has been told by hsbc he doesn't need Turk lire now .it is the yeni not sure of spelling thanks .

the currency has been the Yeni(New)   YTL (new Tukish Lira) for nearly 2 years, if you still have the old currency then there are only certain gov banks that are authorised to change the currency to the new.
