This forum has been a complete godsend whilst we have been on holiday in Fethiye the past two weeks!

We go home tomorrow but not for long because we have have decided to up roots and buy in Fethiye. We have had a great time and made some super friends. We wont be committing to a house just just as we want to spend more time researching the local area.

Anyway, thank you for this great forum and once we get back to the UK we will tell some stories about where we went and what's hot and what's not.

Must say that with all the recommendations made on the forum for restaurants etc. we didn't go wrong at all.

Big thanks to the people at Somine Kebab (free wireless internet) and they are doing us a free transfer to the airport. We did spend enough to warrant it (their whole clay oven cooked turkey is to die for).

A super forum and very friendly people too.

Graham

Where did you get 125K crap posts from? :o
I just count 110K in total.[?] :-\
Are you counting deleted ones?
To be totally fair there are quite a few, maybe dozens of good informative posts too.
: :) ;)

It's a 'tongue in cheek' comment  ;)

No, not counting deleted ones, the currently available post count is 113,000 forum posts and 12,000 archived posts.

Members can see the total number of posts made, with the exception of forums that they don't have access to - Complex specific discussions for example.

I see the full total because I can't add a forum that I don't have access to, that would be silly.

Linda
There have been  110716 posts + archived ones made.
The 125,000 crap posts refer to the ones that have been deleted (most of those when I was administrator ).
Making 250,000 total.
