We are having our first "official" site meeting in September and will hopefully be appointing a site manager after that meeting.
Can anybody give us any indicators regarding site managers?
This is not site maintenance but site management ie enforcing complex rules, making sure people pay their contributions etc.
Specifically, how much they are paid roughly for this service and who should be appointed.
Are there people who make a career of being a site manager?
Are there any rules as to who should be appointed, British or Turkish etc.?
