If you put in a search - top LHS - 'Onur' you'll find this topic has been covered many, many times before.
We like because of legroom, food is nothing to write home about & there is no entertainment except on the very new planes. However they are cheap & we've never had a problem. Others have however & some don't give them a chance without even trying them. Do the search!

I'm one who is 'guilty' of not giving them a chance. My perrogative I think ;)

This link has info on just about every airline in the world. Intersting reading on one or two of them:

My daughter has just travelled with them.  Very little legroom (and she's only tiny at 5 ft) food terrible, but it got her there!

Hi Sharron,

I think it's safe to presume that Onur air's promise is to "get you there".  Anything over and above that is to be considered a bonus.
But, then again, they're nice'n'cheap  :)

Absolutely love them, very laid back, no little hitler's barking orders, like all passengers are under the age of 5.  Also they don't look at your kids like they are worms who should never be allowed on any form of transport, let alone an aeroplane.  Soft drinks free instead of 60p for a splash of coke in a can.  OK so foods not great, it's four hours x 2 out of your holiday, or journey, laugh, it makes it tastes better.  Leg room what leg room on any airline.  Fed up with them being knocked all the time, at least they fly all year round well mostly.  Had much worse journeys on other airlines.  Feel much better now that is my moan for the week.

We've flown with Onur lots of times from East Mids, can't fault them. Used to Fly with Thomas Cook but you have to be shoe horned into the seat (I'm quite tall but God help anyone over say 6Ft 3")especially if the person in front puts their seat back. We fly with Onur for the leg room firstly and secondly cost, OK the food isn't great so we take our own on board, what's the problem ?
