I sent a claim for medical expenses incurred in Fethiye,to BUPA in June 2007(Esnaf wanted cash).Despite numerous phone calls to Bupa,I still have not received a settlement.The first time I asked what was the holdup,I was told a settlement cheque had been sent to me but had not been encashed.What a surprise,I didn't receive the cheque.On three further occassions,I have contacted the company,and on each of these occassions,have been told a cheque is on the way.I enquired further and was told that only one cheque had been sent to me(the missing one),and that despite my phone calls to them,no other cheque had been sent(aka somebody forgot).Has anybody else had a problem with any firm regarding a settlement[?]
