Presumably it's one of the following - taken from MSE

NatWest Debit Card
Spending penalty: 75p. Exchange load: 2.65%. Cash Withdrawal fee: 2.25% max £4

Do yourself a favour & get a Nationwide Debit card - no charges & best exchange rate. Plus a Nationwide credit card to use in shops to get the best exchange rates.
