I noticed in Fethiye times (online version) that there are new laws for responsibility of apartment (those who have shared ownership of communal areas) owners. However, there are two links to outline these new laws which I cannot access. Has anyone been able to access or can give a brief outline for everyone of what these new laws may contain?
