Hi everybody, very new to this ! we have a Hanel property and they are demanding we have a "Condo" meeting re maintenance but also telling us our " Manager" will be increasing prices and reducing services without any prior talks. They have known this for sometime but are even backdating these rises. The E mail they sent is over 20 paras long ! They have said they will not give out E mail address's ( so how can we organise a meeting ! ) but there is an owner that is trying to organise everybody. Hanel owners will know what this is about.
